Foods that speed metabolism

Discover Foods That Speed Your Metabolism for Easy Permanent Weight Loss

If You Are Frustrated By Traditional Weight Loss Programs.... Experience a Totally New System which Will Get You to Your Desired Weight Quickly and Easily.

I am about to bust a myth - Food is not your enemy.

For a very long time you probably have been told that to lose weight you need to eat small portions of food with no flavor and do heaps of exercise.

Food is looked upon as the weight loss enemy - and that is a MYTH. A diet which focuses on reducing Calories is DOOMED TO FAIL. At best, you can hope to achieve some short term weight loss however the weight always re-appears - always.

Now for some exciting myth busting news. The easiest way to lose weight is to increase your metabolism. To increase your metabolism you need to eat more frequently and eat the correct foods (and I am not talking lettuce leaves). This means that you need to eat more than 3 meals per day which is completely different to what most diet programs promote, and is also why the system which we are introducing to you is so successful. Now for the really exciting part.

With our weight loss program you are not required to weigh all the portions of food which you consume, and you are not required to calorie count. This system allows for you to 'eat just short of feeling full'. Also the system runs for 11 days and then you can have 3 days off, which allows you to eat 'normally' before embarking on another 11 days of weight loss - when you chose to lose more weight.

Another weight loss secret which will benefit you. In order to 'trick' your metabolism, this system uses 'Calorie Shifting'. Your metabolism works on history - not the future. It does not know what the body will be fed in the future so it burns calories based on your eating habits in the last few days. It 'assumes' that you will continue to eat as you have done previously. However... what if you were to shock your metabolism by doing something you've never tried before -- what if you did the complete OPPOSITE of what your body expects you to do. What if you stopped eating the same types of calories and meals for more than a couple days at a time. The answer to these 'what ifs' is you would lose weight.

Calorie shifting makes it impossible for your metabolism to adjust to any particular pattern of calories each day. The outcome of this is your metabolism will not slow down when it detects your new eating patterns. You will continue to burn calories at a higher rate every day - Which means WEIGHT LOSS.

This system is new and completely different to 'traditional' diets. If you have had difficulties with 'traditional' diets and were always left feeling hungry and having no energy, we know exactly how you feel. This system was developed, so you could achieve and sustain weight loss without the 'side effects' of starving yourself. We hate the feeling of failure just like everybody else, and gratefully we have been able to develop a system which does not leave its participants feeling like they are a failure - in fact 97% of our participants are winners. This system is designed for participants to lose 9 pounds every 11 days. And remember you can have 3 'cheat' days after those 11 days, so it doesn't become a grind day in day out.

Calorie shifting has a number of benefits:

* It initially increases your metabolism and then keeps it running.... As a result you burn more calories - which means easy permanent WEIGHT LOSS.
*

You are not left feeling hungry all day. When your hunger is satisfied, you will not be left feeling weak and craving something to eat. This is a very important part of why this system succeeds. You don't feel either guilty or a failure when you do have something to eat, and in fact this system promotes having more than 3 meals per day. No CONSTANT HUNGER PAINS.

* Food is not your enemy - Of course, you must eat the right meals in the right patterns each day

Now for the important bit - Does it work?

The vast majority of participants reveal that it does work. This system has a 97% success rate which means 97 out of every 100 people who participate in this system have success.... In anybody's language they are pretty good odds. The 3% which don't have success generally have unreal expectations. One participant was not satisfied because he could not eat unlimited 'junk food'. So unless you have unreal expectations, then the odds are in your favor that you will achieve sustained weight loss.

Low Calorie Diets are doomed to FAIL

We have saved the bad news until last.

You can only drink one glass of wine per day! Maybe purchase a more expensive wine and drink it nice and slowly to savor the flavor!

Now lets review the benefits of this system:

*

It depends on you eating more than 3 meals per day. You don't need to be a self disciplined meditating monk to achieve and maintain weight loss.

*

It allows for 3 'cheat' days after you have completed 11 days so you can take a little break every 11 days. 3 days off disrupts your normal calorie intake so your body doesn't discover how to adjust to your new calorie intake.
*

You can have 1 glass of wine per day, which is one glass more than what traditional diets allow.
*

You are not left feeling hungry and weak because unlike other diets you are not expected to survive on 3 lettuce leaves and a chicken's toe.
*

This is 100% different from anything you have tried previously.

Nothing changes if nothing changes. The hardest battle is won when you decide to take action. Your mind will provide numerous reasons for you to start taking action tomorrow, or after the weekend, or after summer, or after winter. Be a winner, commit to taking action NOW. Let's say that again - to lose weight through increased metabolism you need to eat more than 3 meals per day. Does this sound like the sort of weight loss system which you want to be involved in?

Your body is smarter than most authors of weight loss programs give you credit for - and here is why. Most diets require you to reduce your daily calorie intake, however your body cannot be 'tricked' this easily and it adjusts your metabolism downwards accordingly. When you lower your calorie intake, your body detects that you have consumed less calories and after a couple of days your metabolism slows down and you burn less calories - you return to a balance and your weight will remain the same. On the other hand when you increase your metabolism, weight loss is happening 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Would you regard 'traditional' diets to be successful long term? Do people achieve and maintain their desired weight long term with 'traditional' diets? I think most people would agree that the majority enjoy some short term gains but are unable to sustain the weight loss, and this is understandable. When you reduce your calorie intake, thereby reducing your metabolism, you are left feeling weak and lethargic. Any diet which leaves you feeling weak and lethargic will always 'fail' and leave the participant frustrated.
